24/7 fitness facility, exclusively for Base guests, fitted out with latest Technogym fitness equipment, including:

– Treadmills
– Static Bike
– Step machine
– Free weights

There are two large TVs to take your mind off things, fresh towels and cold filtered water supplied for free.

In addition there is a 4 man sauna that can be booked for a 45 minute session any day of the week – Its Free to use!

Base does not stop there. Base has a regular running club, summertime yoga and fitness sessions with select local partners.
